on a limited number of DLCIs. The value of
SysLTFNumDlcis defines the maximum number of
DLCIs that can be included in the Long Term
Statistics. Once one or more DLCIs are added
to Long Term Stats, the user may assign a
set of protocols that will be monitored across
all of the Long Term DLCIs.
