This parameter provides the percentage of active data trunk channels which were not connected during the most recent STI. This attribute is characteristic of DCME. It falls in the TMN Performance Category. It is a Read Only attribute that has Real values of 0 to 100 in steps of .001 The default value is: Comment: This integer value represents percent (e.g., 50.123 represents 50.123%).
