This parameter defines the value of the bearer average bits/sample for voice (abs) the criterion at which the DCME will deactivate Voice/VB DLC. This attribute is characteristic of DCME. It falls in the TMN Configuration Category. It is a Read/Write attribute that has Real values of 2.00 to 4.00 in steps of 0.05 The default value is: Comment: See G.763 for deactivation criteria.
