This parameter allows for the manual override of the 64 kbit/s DLC state of the overload control algorithm. The feature values may be manual_on (forcing a congestive condition to be reported towards the switch regardless of the state of the algorithm), manual_off (inhibiting the report of a congestive condition by the algorithm towards the switch), or auto (where manual override is disabled and DLC control is handled by the internal overload algorithm). This attribute is characteristic of DCME. It falls in the TMN Configuration Category.
