Comment received on June 9, 2005: "The organisation with the default control of 2.16.554 is Standards NZ but they don't seem very interested in it. Nobody else has assumed the national responsibility. The only NZ OID assignments that I know of were done informally by GCSB under the govt(101) arc for IRD (for irFile v1) and SSC (for SEEMail)."
