zynix — HL7 International OID Registry
This OID identifies Zynix AI as the assigning authority and registration root for all identifiers and artifacts created or managed by the organization for interoperability within CommonWell Health Alliance, FHIR, HL7 v2, C-CDA, and IHE XDS/XCA exchanges. It serves as the root namespace for Zynix AI's patient, provider, organization, and document identifiers used across value-based care networks, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and other HIE participants. Under this root, Zynix AI will issue sub-OIDs for: •Patient and provider identifier domains •Organization and facility identifiers •Application and service actor identifiers (for FHIR/HL7 interfaces) •Clinical document and data exchange identifiers •Terminology/value set mappings as required for interoperability This namespace will be used in urn:oid: format within FHIR resources (Identifier.system, Organization.identifier), HL7 v2 messages (PID-3, MSH-3/4), CDA documents (ClinicalDocument/id), and IHE transactions (homeCommunityId, PatientId). Zynix AI maintains stewardship of this OID through its Architecture Council and Data Governance team, ensuring version control, allocation of child OIDs, and conformance to HIPAA, HL7, and CommonWell data exchange requirements.
