turbovetsOID — HL7 International OID Registry
Root OID assigned to TurboVets, a veteran-focused health and benefits technology company. This node serves as the registration authority root from which TurboVets assigns and manages all subordinate object identifiers across its platform, including identifiers for application systems, organizations, document repositories, message namespaces, and veteran/patient records exchanged through health information exchange networks such as eHealth Exchange, Carequality, and TEFCA-affiliated frameworks.
