wem — HL7 International OID Registry

This new OID will serve as a root OID for Zoombim as Vendor and will be used firstly to identify applications created with the WEM modeler tool and with the Template Solution tool. Further, it will be used for internal coding systems, value sets, detailed clinical models, sender and receiver identification, HL7 v3 message identifications and probably more. All will use a subbranch approach such that system identifiers are separated out from person / role identifiers and from code systems, DCMs and messages.
