Comware identifier updates
==========================

The product and entity vendor-type identifier additions use the official HPE
Comware V9 bundle supplied as V9-MIB-Routers.zip, V9-MIB-DCN.zip and
V9-MIB-Flexnetwork.zip. These three downloads have identical contents.

Two required parent definitions (hh3cJointMibs and hh3cJointVendorId) are
added to HH3C-OID-MIB and imported by HH3C-PRODUCT-ID-MIB.

This is an additive identifier update, not a wholesale replacement of the
vendor files. The bundle changes content without changing the declared MIB
revision, so inspect files placed in prepmibs' same directory too.

Preserve existing names and OIDs, including historical definitions absent from
the vendor bundle. Seventeen vendor aliases at already-defined OIDs were
excluded to retain existing translation names (15 product and 2 entity names).

PR #110 reconciliation:
https://github.com/netdisco/netdisco-mibs/pull/110
All 835 product identifier OIDs added by that PR relative to current master
are covered here. Use current vendor names for 14 renamed identifiers;
hh3cCR16016X at hh3cProductId.1368 is retained from PR #110 because the V9
bundle omits it. Its entity identifier file adds no names relative to master.
This covers the identifier portion only; PR #110's other MIB updates still
need separate reconciliation and are not superseded by this change.

Comware V9 operational module refresh
====================================

Use the same official HPE bundle above for the operational MIBs. The refresh
imports 157 new modules and updates 168 existing modules. Bundled standard
MIBs and the already-reconciled product/entity identifier modules are excluded.
HH3C-LswSMON-MIB has only comment/formatting differences and is not replaced.

Retain historical textual conventions omitted from the new vendor files:
CarAction (IFQOS2), Hh3cSaProtocol and Hh3cTrafficType (IKE-MONITOR),
InterfaceIndex (LswINF), and local DisplayString definitions (RADIUS and USER).
The appended historical declarations retain their original semantics.

The base HH3C-OID-MIB lacks a declared revision date. Its vendor history
records additions through 2023-04-27; inspect prepmibs' review directory.
Same-revision files must also be reviewed by contents, not revision alone.

PR #110 operational reconciliation:
Every H3C module in that PR is present in the current tree or this refresh.
The 19 interface-monitoring names found only in the older PR use OIDs that
the V9 bundle defines under updated vendor names. Use those vendor definitions
rather than introducing competing aliases at the same OIDs.

One update is deliberately deferred: HH3C-BFD-STD-MIB swaps hh3cBfdSessIfIndex
and hh3cBfdSessIndex between hh3cBfdSessEntry.1 and .2 in both PR #110 and the
V9 bundle. Keep the existing Netdisco module to avoid silently relocating
historical OID/name mappings. A separate review with device evidence is needed
before accepting this correction. This refresh supersedes #110's remaining
H3C import work except for that explicitly deferred BFD correction; unrelated
vendor, tooling and generated-report changes in #110 are outside its scope.
