    - Patch with juniper1.diff for issue with JUNIPER-LDP-MIB trying to
import mplsLdpSesState from MPLS-LDP-MIB for a trap definition.

Refresh based on Junos 26.2R1.7, with JUNIPER-JSYSMON-MIB from
Junos Evolved 26.2R1.7. Retain non-conflicting historical declarations
from Junos 25.4R1, 24.4R2, and 24.4R1.10 and current Netdisco.
Older names aliasing newer OIDs are not imported as competing mappings.
    Full JUNIPER-TIMING-NOTFNS-MIB and JUNIPER-TLB-MIB replacements
relocate historical OIDs and require separate review.
Retain the existing JUNIPER-LDP-MIB MplsVpnName compatibility patch.
Fix malformed HA revision 20250909000Z to 202509090000Z.

Follow-up to issue #301: append independent vendor definitions to the
historical timing and TLB modules instead of replacing their hierarchy.
Add 95 timing declarations (PTP statistics, performance/passive-port
monitoring and related events), plus three current TLB notification
fields at their vendor OIDs under jnxTLBNotifications. The latter use
explicit OID paths to avoid relocating the historical notification root.
Import Integer64 and jnxTLBNotifications from the existing JUNIPER-SMI.
Exclude jnxPtpPhaseOffsetThresholdExceeded because its OID is already
used by historical jnxPtpUtcOffset; exclude its dependent notification.
Keep existing definitions and revision metadata; this is a selective
compatibility import, not the complete newer vendor module.
