As far as I can determine from the few examples I have in X.509 certificates, the content of this OID is:
SEQUENCE { version GeneralString, flags BIT STRING } Note that the sequence element names (version, flags) are my own names not from Entrust. I have never found a definitive ASN.1 syntax for this OID.
