The human readable name of a user using the client
machine. If more than one user name are available
simultaneously, it is an implementation-dependent matter as to
which is used here. However, if the user name changes, this
object should change to reflect that change.
If the client has no recorded user name or the agent is
unable to learn a user name, this object will be
a zero-length string.
