    the LAS. The action taken corresponds to the value
    submitted by the manager. A control session must be
    active to be able to write to this object. Reading
    this object returns the operating state of the server.
    The following are descriptions of the states:

    -invalid(1): The server state is unknown and should
    be rebooted.

    -lexSysOutOfService(2): All LANaccess modem ports are
    out of service but LAN port is active.

    -lexSysInService(3): All LANaccess modem ports are in
    service.
