to be upgraded. This will be set to on or off at the
RFU level in that if this mode is on any available
device can be upgraded and if this mode is off none of
the devices can be upgraded. There is not an
individual mode for each device. Trying to set this
to a value other than eOn or eOff will cause an
UnsupportedValue error to occur.
