This variable selects the type of link management network
device operation that the Frame Relay port will perform.

If set to disabled(1), the port will not expect to receive
polled STATUS ENQUIRY messages on the link, and will not
generate STATUS messages in response to them.

If set to autoDetect(2), the port expects to receive link
management requests using one of the supported formats
(ITU-T Q.933 Annex A or ANSI T1.617a-1994 Annex D), and
automatically generates a response using the same format as
the corresponding request.
