    Description by mibdepot

Use this field to specify whether the two serial ports should be linked for
serial redirect. This field is only applicable when the ASM has two serial
ports and supports serial redirect. When enabled, if both serial ports are
active for serial redirection, the serial ports will automatically be linked
so that the input from port 1 is sent to the output of port 2 and the input
of port 2 is sent to the output of port 1.

Note: ASM on some servers does not have serial port support.

    Parsed from file RTRSAAG.MIB.txt
    Company: ibm
    Module: RSA-MIB

    Information by oid_info

Child arc 0 is used to translate between SNMPv1 and SNMPv2 notification parameters as explained in IETF RFC 2576, section 3.
