An entry is added to the rsPingResultsTable when an
rsPingCtlEntry is started by successful transition
of its rsPingCtlAdminStatus object to enabled(1).
An entry is removed from the rsPingResultsTable when
its corresponding rsPingCtlEntry is deleted.
