network for data calls in increments of 125usec. This value
defines the size of the initial playout buffer required to
absorb the maximum expected packet delay across the
network. A separate value for data calls is provided to
allow a single service profile to specify the jitter buffer
size for both voice calls and data calls.
The minimum value is 40 (5msec) and the maximum value is 400 (50msec),
with a default value of 400 (50msec).
