DESCRIPTION
"The total number of TerminalCapabilitySetRejects that were sent and received by the local CESE (Capability Exchange Signalling Entity) with the cause value set to tableEntryCapacityExceeded. This means that the cause of the rejection of a TerminalCapabilitySet was due to a terminal incapable of storing some (indicated in the highestEntryNumberProcessed) or all (indicated in the noneProcessed) of the information from the capability table of the TerminalCapabilitySet."
