object's DEFVAL clause.
Note that the device will implicitly create a new row in
this table if a management station adds an entry to the
ipFilterTable or genericFilterTable corresponding
to a filter set for which there is not already a row in
this table. Each object instance in the new row will have
the value indicated by the corresponding object's DEFVAL
