An estimate of the activity on the backplane bus. Each
unit approximately equals 1 millisecond of activity and
rolls over at 3.8 hours. The rate of change of this object
in units per second can be used as an estimate of network
utilization in tenths of one percent. This object is only
supported on ethernet switch management modules with an
interface to the packet bus.
