    Description by mibdepot

Use this field to change the states of all completed
history control entries to 'active' or 'inactive'.

Select 'activateAll' to make all completed entries
not in the 'active' state become 'active' again.
History entries whose error conditions cannot be
cleared will remain in their current states.

Select 'deactivateAll' to make all completed entries
that are in the 'active' state become 'inactive'.
This is a convenient way to suppress history activity
while making other configuration changes without
actually deleting the history control entries.

Entries which are incomplete (e.g., 'underCreation')
are not affected by these actions.

If you want to alter the state of a single history
control entry, modify the table entry for that item.

    Selecting noAction has no effect.
