    Description by mibdepot

If 'true(1)', this Link will automatically disable all M ports
when the CF state becomes isolated(1). The M ports will be
automatically re-enabled (if not previously disabled by
management) when the CF state transitions out of the
isolated(1) state. If 'false(2)' (the default), this link will
not automatically disable all M ports based on CF state.

This feature is used for increased reliability in
configurations having multiple levels of dual-homed
concentrators. For example, if a concentrator on the
dual ring becomes isolated (e.g., a backhoe cuts the
cables), all lower-level concentrators that are dual-homed
to this concentrator are isolated. With this feauture,
the concentrator on the dual-ring will disable all of
its M ports forcing the lower-level dual-homed concentrators
to switch to their standby links. This prevents the
lower-lever concentrators and stations from remaining
    isolated.
