The time (in seconds) between successive checkpoint operations
performed by the Mobile Device Server.
The Mobile Device Server will periodically saves its state
to a checkpoint file. The saved state includes the server's
version number, epoch number, a list of hosts from the location
database that are operating in foreign networks at the time
of the checkpoint, and a list of hosts that are visiting the
server's network. This object defines how often the checkpoint
procedure occurs.
