set a EMPTY dh90SlotModuleType to the appropriate
value. If adding a bridge or server, next set
the dh90SlotPhysicalAddress for the row. Sets of
the other variables in the row must be done in
separate PDUs AFTER the mac address of the device
has been set correctly.
