address and the ring service identifier.

NOTE: This table includes information about stations that
have at some time been on the ring. The station need not
be currently present on the ring. The only time entries
should be automatically discarded from this table is to
cope with insufficient resource for a new station. If a
new station is detected that is not currently in this
table and the table has reached it's capacity then some
algorithm (e.g. least recently inserted) should be employed
to remove a table row.
