This parameter specifies the time interval,
in seconds, within which RIP-IP sends update
packets. This parameter also determines
the length of time a route learned through
RIP-IP stays in the IP routing table. For
example, once a route is in the routing table,
the router must receive a RIP update packet
indicating the reachability of this route
every 6 * a3RipIpUpdateTime. If no updates
are received in that time interval, the entry
is removed from the routing table.
