High temperature threshold limit of a CMTS device in degrees
Celsius, above which an event occurs to signal that the
threshold has been exceeded. The device temperature is read
once per minute and compared to this threshold value. A trap
is sent out if the event's priority indicates that a trap
is to be sent (refer to the docsDevEvControlTable object in
DOCS-CABLE-DEVICE-MIB). The priority of this event is critical(3).
