    Description by mibdepot

Setting this object to true(1) causes the device to reset the
following Docsis MIB objects as follows, so that filters are
    no longer applied to traffic:
    docsDevFilterLLCDefault is set to accept(2).
    docsDevFilterIpDefault is set to accept(2).
All entries in the docsDevFilterLLCTable are destroyed.
All entries in the docsDevFilterIpTable are destroyed.
Note that the device is not reset; filters are destroyed on the fly.
Reading this object always returns false(2).
This object can be used to clear out previously set filters
without having to know all the instances of existing entries.
