interval.
This event is generated when the number of
'routerMsgTimeouts' during the last polling interval
( _juniSaeRouterMsgTimeouts) exceeded the
configured minor threshold.
'THRESHOLD' is the threshold configured for this event.
'PI' is the polling interval configured for this event.
