The average time (in milliseconds) this router driver

last polling interval. This time does not include the
time the jobs spent waiting to be handled. This time
does include the time spent waiting for the router to
process the provisioning commands sent in response to
the notification.
This event is generated when the average time this
router driver spent handling 'object deleted'
notifications exceeded the configured minor
threshold.
'THRESHOLD' is the threshold configured for this event.
'PI' is the polling interval configured for this event.
