This is the number of Accounting-Request packets retransmitted
during the last polling interval to the RADIUS server.
Retransmissions include retries where the Identifier and
Acct-Delay have been updated, as well as those in which they
remain the same.
This event is generated when the number of
'juniSdxSaeAccRetrans' during the last polling interval
( _juniSdxSaeAccRetrans) exceeded the configured critical
threshold.
'THRESHOLD' is the critical threshold configured for this
event.
'PI' is the polling interval configured for this event.
