The setting of this object is dynamic. When set to 'enable', the SNMP
agent immediately begins to monitor the ring generator power supply.
Options:
disable (1): No trap is generated.
enable (2): Causes a trap message to be sent to the network management
console each time a change occurs in the functional state (i.e., up or
down) of the ring generator power supply.
Default Value: disable (1)
