Commands unit to save 553S CSU configuration variables in
non-volatile memory and configure the unit as defined.
When CSU configuration variables are modified they are not
updated in the 553S hardware until a SaveConfig command
is received via this object.
When this value is set to SaveConfig(2) the current 553S
csu configuration variables become active within the unit.
The value of normal(1) will be returned when the
initialization is complete. The value normal(1) cannot be
set by management.
