    The length of the interval (in seconds) over
    which the system is sampled. By writing a
    non-negative value to this object system
    performance monitoring is initiated. The
    agent takes a sample at the beginning and end
    of the interval, calculating system
    performance as an average of the two
    measurements. When finished, the current
    time is placed in sampleTime, and the various
    cpu statistics are calculated.
