of the ModuleData component) have been provisioned, a default
value for localAddress based on the first provisioned
alternatePorsPrefix value will be provided.
If no switch prefixes have been provisioned, localAddress will
default to an empty string. To obtain a valid default localAddress in
this case, either or both of the ModuleData nodePrefix and
ModuleData alternatePorsPrefixes attributes must be provisioned,
and this end point component must then be deleted and re-added.
