in the alaSaaEthoamCtrlTable. Deletion of an entry in this
table results in all corresponding (same
alaSaaEthoamCtrlOwnerIndex and alaSaaEthoamCtrlTestIndex index
values) alaSaaEthoamResultsTable and alaSaaEthoamHistoryTable
entries being deleted.
