The value of this object is, for this basic rate
interface, the maximum duration in seconds of
successive tries to reach a destination. To reach
a particular destination the equipment may
successively try one or several times to call one
or several remote ISDN interfaces. This is a cycle
of calls and there may be several identical
cycles. This timer starts when the first cycle of
calls is initiated and it is normally stopped when
one call is successfull. If this timer runs out
the destination is said unreachable.
This is a decimal integer in the range 5 to 100.
The default value is '100'.
