    timer in milliseconds. When the compression is
    active, the multi-packets function is specified in
    order to reduce the number of single packets
    (i.e., without 'More Data mark' = bit M set to 0)
    transmitted to the remote peer by grouping several
    packets in an only one compressed output packet.

    The value 0 disables this function (i.e., each
    single packet is individually compressed and
    sent). So to enable this function this timer must
    be different from 0 on both the local equipment
    and the remote peer (even when the compression
    direction is set to 'subscriberToNetwork' or
    'subscriberToNetwork').

    This timer starts when the equipment begins to
    fill a new compressed output packet and it is
    normally stopped when this packet is sent. When
    this timer runs out the equipment sends this
    compressed packet even if it is not full.

    This is a decimal integer in the range 0 to 1500
    by step of 100.
    The default value is '0'.
