When set to 'false', LDP Path Manager only creates an LDBI join if dccrldpPmLdpEntityCreateNhrLdb is set to 'true'. This field should always be set to 'true'. It is present with a default value of 'false' to provide backwards compatibility with dccrldpPmLdpEntityCreateNhrLdb, which has been deprecated. The value of this field should be decided during integration. The field is not expected to change during the lifetime of the DC-LDP PM entity. As such, this object follows the replaceOnlyWhileDisabled behavior. It may not be changed when the row is active.
