The length of time, in seconds, between the Hello packets that the router sends on the interface. This value must be the same for the neighbor at the other end of the multi-area adjacency. Note also that the default values are as follows. - 10 for DC-OSPF. - 40 if support for OIF E-NNI Routing 2.0 is turned on.
