The time between DC-EVPN receiving a withdrawal for a MAC and deleting the dataplane programming for that MAC address. This allows DC-EVPN to maintain connectivity to an Ethernet segment for a period of time until another PE on the Ethernet segment advertises a route for that MAC address.
