The MPPDU generation algorithm for this Privacy Channel. When default(1), the (maximum) bandwidth is requested, with a catch up (burst)parameter to recovers lost bandwidth if an MPPDU transmission has been delayed by another frame sent with higher access priority or by another component of the same interface stack. When transmissionGate(2), MPPDU transmission timing is gated, see 20.9.5 and IEEE Std 802.1Q.
