This table contains channel measurement information on the uplink signal received from SS. The table shall be maintained as FIFO to store measurement samples that can be used to create RSSI and CINR histogram report. When the measurement entry for a SS reaches the limit, the oldest entry shall be deleted as the new entry is added to the table.
