Descriptions

hpSwitchTcpPushPreserveConfig — HPE networking MIB copies (LibreNMS/Observium Community), Netdisco MIB archive copies

This object is used to enable the TCP Push Preserve functionality on the device. The TCP Push Preserve functionality determines the flow of the TCP packets with the push flag set. When this feature is enabled and the egress queue is full, the TCP packets with the push flag set are lined up at the head of the ingress queue for egress queue space. This might delay the subsequent incoming packets in the same queue. When this feature is disabled and the egress queue is full, the TCP packets with the push flag set placed in the ingress queue are dropped from the head of the ingress queue. By default, the TCP Push Preserve functionality is disabled on the device.
