This object indicates the status of an entry, and is used to create/delete entries. A system SHALL NOT permit eight cnPriRowStatus objects to have the value active(1). An attempt to create or activate a row when there are already seven active rows SHALL result in that eighth row's cnPriRowStatus having the value notReady(3), and the return of an inconsistentValue error.
