This attribute represents the value of sysUpTime on the most recent occasion at which any one or more of this interface's counters suffered a discontinuity. If no such discontinuities have occurred since the last re-initialization of the local management subsystem, then this object contains a zero value.
This attribute reports the date and time at which any one or more of the counters in this group were created or last reset to zero. If the RPD does not acquire time of day it can report an initial CounterDiscontinuityTime of Jan 1 1970. If the value returned by the RPD is the initial Epoch of Jan 1 1970, the CCAP Core can convert this value to the real time of day based on a calculation using the RPD's reported sysUpTime.
