This attribute reports the lowest subcarrierId that is on the lowest edge of the first minislot that the CCAP has selected for the testing of Leakage. This subcarrierId is established based on the value of the LeakageDetectionTestSessionCfg attribute FrequencyStart and is the first subcarrier of the first full minislot used for the testing that is closest to FrequencyStart.
