permit(1) : Only bridge frames with the

cannot transit this port, but all
other frames can.
The user cannot define a combination of
permit and deny filters on the same port. When
a permit filter is defined, all other SNAPs are
denied already. When a deny filter is defined,
all other SNAPs are permitted already.
