The table allows two types of control over time
depending on the value of the ctLockMethod object.
When ctLockMethod is lockUserTime, all ctTypeIndex
databases will show ctTimeSlots worth of entries with
a first timeslot value of the user specified ctUserTime.
When ctLockMethod is lockRealTime, all ctTypeIndex
databases will show ctTimeSlots worth of entries with
a first timeslot value of the real-time specified ctRealTime.
The number of rows in this table is two.
Entries cannot be created or deleted via SNMP operations.
